20 minutes to free leads

Free leads - 20 minutes a day

August 17, 20262 min read

Hi EveryONE!

A few weeks ago, I did a Pipeline Builder training on how to generate free leads in 20 minutes a day.

We went through a simple framework for using content and social media to create opportunities without having to pay for every lead.

So let me ask you:

If you want free leads, have you actually created the framework to generate them?

Many of you have social media as part of your business plan. But having it written in your business plan isn't a strategy.

You need a framework.

Start by creating a list of questions buyers and sellers are already searching for onGoogle and AI platforms like ChatGPT. (find out the top 10 questions)

Questions like:

  • How much money do I need to buy a $500,000 house in New Jersey?

  • What are the best towns in New Jersey for commuting to NYC?

  • Should I sell my current house before buying another one?

  • How much are closing costs when buying a house in NJ?

  • What should I fix before selling my house?

These are questions consumers are already asking.

Your job is to become one of the people consistently answering them.

Create your list. Create the answers. Turn those answers into videos, posts and articles.

Then keep showing up.

Because once you start consistently creating content around the questions people are already searching for, this is where the algorithms can start working for you.

Google begins to understand what you talk about. Social media platforms begin to understand who may be interested in your content.

AI search is increasingly looking across online information to help answer people's questions.

Credibility: People trust people who show up consistently.

Have you ever met someone in person who you've been following on social media, started talking to them like you already knew them, and then realized — wait, we've actually never met before?

  • You've watched their videos.

  • You've seen their posts.

  • You've heard their opinions.

  • So by the time you finally meet them, they don't feel like a stranger.

That familiarity was created through consistency. And that's exactly what can happen with your future clients. They may see you today. Again next week.

And again a month from now.

Then one day they need a real estate agent.

And you already feel familiar.

But none of this happens without the hardest part: Execution.

You can have the strategy. You can attend the training. You can have the list of topics.

Eventually, you have to hit publish.

Give your business20 focused minutes a day.

Don't worry about which post creates the lead.

Just keep executing.

Leaders execute. And execution creates opportunities.

Use these last few weeks of summer to create the momentum! Have a great week.
